The pedal has lost a lot of it’s volume and drive. When I turn the gain below 5, there is almost no output. And at almost everything setting it sounds like the volts knob is turned almost all the way down, even when turned all the way up to 9v. I’ve tried using both a battery and an adapter. I’ve also placed it before and after pedals in my line and I’m still getting the same problem. Any ideas what’s wrong?
buuuuump
Where are the bias and volts knobs set? When they get too far apart. The pedal will cut out.
Read this thread. Does your problem sound like this? The one stated in the first post.

my problem is that when all the knobs are dimed, there is hardly any output or drive. it sounds as if the volts knob is turned almost all the way down, even when all the way up.
Sorry, don’t know what is up with that.
Give it time. There are some pretty “techie” guys around here. That may be able to help.
Have you tried emailing EHX?
i just e-mailed ehx yesterday. i’m sure it’ll get fixed. if not i’ll just grab another one. thanks for the help
