I have been working on the organ part to Whipping Post with my B9 pedal. I find the easiest way to play the organ run in the intro and interlude is near the top of the neck, but in doing that, I am 2 octaves low. I was wondering if an octave pedal might help. If so, what pedal would work well with the B9?Would I need a polyphonic pedal in order to play the chords? Thanks, Ken
Ken is this on Bass?
The best pedal would be the Pitch Fork+.
Wonderful pitch shifter for bass and guitar.
Just pitch it up to where it is easy to play. The Pitch pedal into the B9 would be great.
I am using my Peavy T60 guitar. I have my B9 set to Jazz. I am sending it through my Katana MK2 which runs through a modified Dumble patch.
If it is guitar I am not sure how you are two octaves low at the top of the neck?
But the Pitchfork+ will take you where ever you want to go.
My bad, I meant up toward the nut. Putting a capo on the twelfth fret is a bit is a bit of a problem when I drop back down an octave. I ordered a Pitchfork+. Thanks for the suggestion.
