I’m trying to figure out the best settings on my pedal to simulate 12 string guitar. I realize I can’t get it perfect but I’d like to get something usable.

A twelve-string guitar usually has the bottom wound strings in octaves and the top 2 or 3 strings in unison or slightly detuned.
The harmony machine will do the octave or the detuned sound, but not both on different strings.
SO it’s a compromise. Try an octave up or detuned and see which gets the sound for you.
