    I have a Small Stone v2. I have only ever used it with a 9v battery. I want to connect it to a power supply on a pedal board (to be built). From reading an ancient post on here it needs a 9vAC 100mA power supply with positive tip. I currently only have a Mooer 2.0Amp 9v single output adapter which I run about 8 pedals with in daisy chain. I have bought a Truetone 1Spot 3.5mm converter. Can that be plugged into the pedal and connected via daisy chain to the 9vDC supply or will that fry the pedal? Does it still need an AC power. I see the Truetone CS12 powersupply has an 800mA AC out along with all the DC outputs. Or can a 9vdc power work with the adapter cable?

    I’m clearly not an electrical wizard (good name for a pedal though) however I understand there is a risk and am nervous to plug the pedal into anything. I’m in the UK. Can anyone please advise?

    It’s actually 9v DC. AC will destroy your pedal. Daisy chaining with other DC operated pedals should be fine. The pedal will only draw as much current as it actually needs, which is less than 100ma.

    Thank you so much. Being an old pedal the “AC” on the top above the power input made me worry it needed AC.

    And just to confirm it worked with the 3.5mm converter on my daisy chain. No smoke 🙂

    It also opens up my options for isolated pedal supply.
