Hello readers, been a huge fan of all EHX products I’ve owned. Am interested in purchasing a MIG 50 head unit. Haven’t been able to find one in person unfortunately. When i asked my local shop (Guitar Factory, Orchard Park, NY) i was told the wait could be up to a year! Has the tube shortage effected production of the MIG 50? If they are in stock i would like to purchase one directly from EHX.

Sorry but it is a supply shortage in part that has things stalled.
Its horrible for us as well as there is nothing we can do.
The official word from Mike Matthews is:
The wait is forecast to October, as we have delays in getting all the parts.
Thank you for the prompt response. Unfortunate situation as i would like a new head. Rather than overpaying for a vintage equivalent. I wish all the best to the future of EHX.
I’ve placed an order for a Mig 50 via Sweetwater and they said these should be shipping sometime in July. Is this correct or are we still looking at sometime in October?
