Hi,
I bought a SuperSwitcher some month ago and configured all Presets for my new band. Sometimes the SuperSwitcher doesn’t store my settings. When starting the unit again (plugging in the power cable), my last settings are gone. The user manual tells me “The Super Switcher automatically saves any edits that are made to the current preset. Presets are saved at the time you press footswitch 1-8. Whether you disengage the current preset or directly engage a different preset, any edits will be saved to the preset that was being worked on. When a preset is engaged, press the illuminated buttons to enable or disable effects loops and MIDI messages. The control functions such as BOOST, CTRL 1 and CTRL 2 can also be saved per preset.”
What’s wrong with my unit? Or do I understand something wrong?
Best regards,

Is there any explanation in this case?Best regards, Christian

Was this ever resolved?
EHX did e-mail me back about this and told me I could send in my unit for repair, but they basically weren’t sure what the problem is or if it even can be fixed.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is any easy solution before I send in my SS for repair.
It seems like a glitch to me…nothing appears wrong with my SuperSwitcher. I send a MIDI PC Change to my One Control Basilisk MIDI controller for every preset on my SuperSwitcher. I’m wondering if it has something to do with MIDI. It shouldn’t, but it is very bizarre that the SS just randomly won’t recall my saved preset and it not usually the same preset. There doesn’t appear to be a rhyme or reason to it, though it seems to happen after I power the unit up for the first time for any particular playing session.

I didn’t consider that I have to change presets (or press any button) to store a preset. If I switch off the unit before doing this, the last settings will not be stored.

I’ve been having a problem while using the Super Switcher. I would be glad if anyone could help!
I connect a Boss DD7 delay to effect loop 8 and it boosts the volume. It also boosts the volume with other pedals. No matter which one I connect it to, it still boosts.
