GOOD DAY to you! I haven’t given my pedals much use these past 15 months and was rather perplexed uopn plugging my MEL9 in the other day to find that it only works in SYMPHONIC mode. I previously used it maybe 5 months ago with no problems (ALL 8 settings worked fine). I have tried unplugging the pedal, holding the power switch down and plugging it back in but, alas, NO change. The knob seems to be working fine (clicking between each setting). I should point out that this pedal has not had HEAVY use, just in occasional open mic performances prior to the pandemic as well as home recording. This issue just happened out of the blue. Sorry to hear this, but sounds like it needs to be serviced.
First make sure you are using the EHX power supply. If so please contact the service techs at:

They can have this fixed for you fast and cheap.
