So the problem has been solved by John at EHX! The TrackM.wav track was not a stereo file. I was copying a mono file to TrackM and the 45000 was not recognizing the file. As soon as I converted the mono file to stereo, the Looper worked perfectly. I am really excited about this looper now!

Hello,Thanks for your reply.I actually did see your post. The promise that the 45000 can directly play back wav files was what sold me. My plan was to take raw tracks from our CDs of the bass and synth and directly copy them to the 45000. That way I would have no sync issues and I could mix the wav files live and separate from each other. I have since had an email reply from John, who is out of the office until tomorrow. I really do hope he can resolve my issue. I have sent all six tracks to him, and hope he will find the problem. Did you ever get the problem resolved?

Hello, I am having the same problem. I cannot load normal WAV Files to the 45000. The 45000 simply does not recognize the loop. I have read here in a thread that there is a software update for this problem. I have also read a thread here that a folder configuration has to be changed in order for the 45000 to recognize the wav file. I have tried both of these suggestions without success. I then contacted EHX and explained the problem. The specialist had no information concerning a software update. I also explained the suggestions concerning the Folder Configuration. He had no information concerning this procedure. His suggestion was to reformat the SD Card. I thought this was a strange suggestion, since the SD was working and processing Loops from EHX. I asked him if he had any other suggestions. He said when that doesn’t work then I should contact him again. After trying his suggestion, and having no success, I tried to contact EHX again concerning this problem. I was greeted on the telephone from a seemly disintrested person on the other line who transfered me to the Technical Department. I was then transfered promptly to a voice mail. I left a message describing the situation again and my contact info. A day later I tried the same, and was again greeted by disinterest, then transferred to the Technical department, and promptly to a voice mail. I have also since sent an email with a wax attachment with no response to date. I bought the 45000 with this feature which I could use if our Bass player could not attend all of our gigs. At this point the 45000 is becomming a money pit because I have to call New York from Germany, just to talk to a voice mail. We are also cancelling gigs where the Bassplayer can not attend!! Please Help!!!I am quite frustrated
