I was wondering if the Electro Harmonix 45000 can be used to loop a guitar riff to a guitar amp and a bass riff to a bass amp simultaneously? I want to keep the signals separate. It sounds like the 22500 can do this because the instructions say the signal paths for the two inputs are separate. However, the instructions for the 45000 say that the inputs are shared between the two outputs. Can I still send the left/right outputs to different amps with different instruments playing on each?

I know the Pigtronix Infinity can do what I want, but I don’t think it can loop up/down seamlessly like the 45000.

I am planning on playing my drums with the guitar/bass loops and using the foot controller to scroll between loops while I am playing (without stopping). I feel like I should be able to play my drums continuously through a multi-part song using this strategy. I really want the ability to switch parts using the foot pedal, and it appears that the 45000 is the only looper with this ability, as well as the other functions I am looking for.

So please convince me that I will be able to accomplish these feats with your 45000 and you’ll have another dedicated user and customer :)

    Yes in the stereo mode
Record the guitar in the right input and the bass in the left input
Then pan channel 1 hard left and channel 2 hard right.
Right out goes to guitar amp and left output goes to bass amp.

That’s was actually my first guess of how to pull it off, I guess my understanding of signal flow isn’t too bad.

Well, I am glad I did homework, it appears the 45000 is the way to go. There is nothing else out there quite like this pedal. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question, promptly too nonetheless.

Do you guys plan on making a miniature foot pedal for the 95000? Probably not right, it looks like most options are included on the unit itself. Hey, would one of the pedals from the 22500 or 45000 work with the 95000? I am mainly interested in having the loop up/down triggers within reach of my drum set, and the 95000 unit itself is just so big it would get in the way. I dunno, just a thought.

Anyways, thanks for answering my question. I’ve learned a lot from browsing this forum; you guys are great!

Sorry not right now but there are tons of tiny midi pedals on the market that will send commands to the 95K to do what you are asking for.
    Good luck and have fun!

Do you have any recommendations for a small midi pedal that could trigger loop up/down on the 95000?
