Recently while on tour, the nut that screws on to the output jack fell off my pedal while it was in transit and was lost. This is the nut that sits external to the pedal, but screws onto the 1/4″ phone jack for the pedal output. It seems different from just a simple nut that I could pick up from the local hardware store. Judging from a quick look at the other one (the one on the input jack) it seems to have some kinda plastic or rubber washer on it as well.
Anybody know where I can pick up one of these things?
buy an audio jack at radioshack or from the internet, move the washer/nut from that one to the graphic fuzz.
or bring the pedal to the hardware store with you to get the sizes/whatever; most places i’ve gone have been pretty handy with getting me the right size stuff if I bring in the actual project. if there is a plastic washer [or you want to add one] and don’t feel like finding the right size, try cutting your own from the lid of a can of coffee/nuts/oatmeal.
