Hi , my name is Adriano and I write from Italy.
I bought the 2880 but I’m not very happy about this purchase for two reasons : the first is that the clix is only in 4/4 tempo and I can’t use the 3/4 and the 6/8 , and the second is that there isn’t an indipendent output for the clix (or a panpot knob). If there was a indipendent output , when I make a concert , I could record with the clix in headphone without that people earing it outside, and when I play with all my band , I could give the clix to the drummer in headphone to be sure that all the band follows the tempo without earing the clix outside , for us and for the people the listen to our concert.
Isn’t there a solution for this problem?
Thanks
Best regards.
i believe your solution is called ‘Midi Out’. and yeah it kind of sucks that there is only 4/4.
What I can do with midi out?
run a click track off of a drum machine, computer, pretty much anything with midi IN and have it on its own channel, syncronised to your loop.
Thanks , I’ ll try it.
Best regards.
