    Came to the forums to see if anyone else has been having this issue, and it seems like many people have in fact:

    In this thread the original poster described exactly the issue I’m facing today with the Hot Wax pedal I bought new, and a number of others chimed in to say they’re having the same symptoms with their Hot Wax pedals. The thread seems to have closed before there was a resolution. Any ideas on what I should do?

    It looks like the best thing to do is write in to EHX and request an exchange?
