    Hello,

I think I was just confused by some of the video demos of this pedal, but as far as I can tell the latch function only works for as long as you physically hold down the bypass switch. Is this correct? There’s no way to continue the infinite sustain unless you leave your foot there, right?

In LATCH mode, the Superego+ freezes your signal at the moment you press the BYPASS footswitch and continues to produce the frozen effect even after you release BYPASS. To freeze a new sound press and release BYPASS again. Double-tap BYPASS to enter bypass mode and fade-out the frozen signal.
With the decay turned up it will sustain forever in latch mode until you double tap the bypass switch.

In latch you can take your foot off and it sustains until you double press the bypass to stop.

I’m confused why I’m still having this problem. I’m clearly in latch mode (red light lit right next to latch). I’ll play a note and it doesn’t seem to sustain at all. If I hold the bypass down, it holds as long as my foot is on the control. I began to suspect my pedal was defective, and emailed tech support. They had me send the pedal for repair. I received it back promptly but I am still having this problem. Is there something else I could be doing wrong? I set every dial for 12 o’clock to make sure it has nothing to do with the settings.

Put the dry and effect at 12 oclock
attack at zero and Decay at max all the way up

Delcay must be ALL the way up.

    threshold-layer and gliss at zero

Play a chord and press bypass to freeze.
it will freeze until you hit bypass twice
