Hi folks. New here so sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been answered elsewhere. When I change channels on the switchblade Pro I’m noticing a slight delay/dropout in changing from one channel to another. With all my effects hooked up it was only really noticeable when switching on A+B. I decided to unplug everything, so now I have the volumes for A and B at noon (it says in the manual this is unity gain), guitar going to input, output straight to amp, a patch lead going from send A to return A, and the same with loop B. No effects whatsoever. Just guitar, switcher and amp. The same slight but audible delay/dropout keeps happening. This didn’t happen on my Gig rig QMX 10. Is this normal for this unit or is there something I’m missing, or is it faulty? Thanks in advance.
P.s. forgot to mention I have both returns unmuted so I can have delay trails. When I switch both back to muted there is no dropout, however in this state switching on A+B causes a massive drop in volume, regardless of which is first in the chain.
Sorry! please write the techs on Monday at:
