I bought a Russian big muff cheap today because the volume knob only works when turned all the way up, and the pot feels grainy when moving it. I used electrical cleaner and sprayed them out, but that only helped a little. I want to replace them, but I am not sure what type of pot to replace them with (linear or tone). I know its 100k, but wanted to see what other people have used. Thanks
You’ll want these pots or the knobs wont fit other brand pots.

100K Linear right?
Yeah, thats all small bear sells for muffs in the sovtek ones anyways.
BTW, they feel really shitty and cheap but if you treat them right they last years. And they are almost 4 times as much as an alpha but they are necessary to some people…i have bunch of them i bought for back ups! 😆
I ended up buying alpha pots (cause I’m cheap), and have installed them. I feel the pedal is a lot better off, especially because I replaced a damaged pot. I still have to order knobs though.
