Hi, I bought an EHX Switchblade a few months ago to use it as an A/B box between two practice amps: a Marshall MG15 CDR for distorted tones, and a VOX Pathfinder 15W for the clean ones. There is always this terrible noise –an unplugged cable noise– in the high gain amp whenever I switch it off, in fact the noise is also in the clean amp but since the gain is very low you won’t hear it very much. Could someone tell me if this is supposed to happen with this pedal? is there any way to supress this noise, would you recommend another switch to prevent this? Thanks for the help guys, I didn’t want to write a bad review before I asked first

I forgot to say that it also bleeds some of the signal to the unused channel

it’s a ground loop by the sounds of it, it’s not really the pedals fault and it’s a very common problem

    Read this, it might help.
